Harbour Pointe Retirement and Assisted Living Center is fully licensed to provide personalized care options to all residents. By licensing all our apartments we help to ensure that no matter which area of the building you choose to make your home, personalized care services will be available should you ever need them. (Some restrictions do apply)

Although each individual care plan is customized for the highest level of independence and security, some of the services we offer include:

• Care team includes Full-time RN
• Safety Checks
• Activity Program
• Bathing and Personal Hygiene Assistance
• Medical Reminders and Management
• Escort Service to and from Meals and In-house Activities
• State-of-the-art Emergency Pull Cord System
• Assistance with insulin care (as per State regulation)

The acknowledgement of need for personalized care service shall be based upon recommendations from the resident, family members, a doctor or clinician or when the resident is unable to safely function independently. An assessment by our Care Team (with full time RN) will be made to determine individual care plans.
